Standard Adult Dose: 1 to 2 capsules/tablets daily, or as directed by the physician.
Administration: Should be taken with a full glass of water, preferably after meals to enhance the absorption of fat-soluble phytonutrients and minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.
