- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@hunoirpharma.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are outside the 14-day return window.
- Returns of prescription medications or items that have been opened or used may not be accepted due to health and safety regulations.
