At HUNOIR Pharmaceuticals, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 14-day Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Certain products, such as prescription medications, may not be eligible for return due to regulatory restrictions. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at  contact@hunoirpharma.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are outside the 14-day return window.
  2. Returns of prescription medications or items that have been opened or used may not be accepted due to health and safety regulations.
